SOME THINGS TO REFLECT ON

  •  Nothing is ever permanent, focus on what you want in life and go for your goals. Money isn’t every thing in life, and you can lose it as quickly as you make it
  • Andrew proves it is possible to make something positive from negative events, the only time you can’t dust yourself off and try again is when your dead, until then you always have another choices to be successful? How can you break your negative patterns that are a consequence of those events in your past?
  • Notice how Andrew is very open to new experiences and trying new methods to improve himself and the team – what small changes could you make right now in your life that would bring about a massive improvement for you?
  • Andrew mentions how when we need to fix something business related we are quick to seek help, coaches and methods to fix the problem – why don’t we fee the same way about improving out social lives and our relationships? Seeking help in these areas isn’t wrong and is more important in your overall life than a business.
  • Why do you feel the need for keeping up with the Jones? Usually against people you don’t like, respect or want to be like. Why spend all that time, effort and energy to keep up with others when you could be focusing on living happier and healthier in your own life
  • How can you balance your four keys?
  • Passion AND purpose is the best setup to aim for
  • It is better to buidl something together, with your team mates, work colleagues etc, than go in and try and force your vision or mission onto them

About the Author
I’m a podcaster who interviews great examples of people to discuss and highlight the methods, hacks, tips and procedures you can use in your own life to help you develop and better your life. I would definitely not consider myself an expert, so to improve, I ask them and action it in my own life! My personal journey has been marked by awkwardness and awesomeness, OCD and ‘OMG’. I have suffered with depression, shyness, unhappiness and lack of focus and motivation so I know what’s it like to feel lost and hopeless. Back then, I wished I had a podcast to listen to and find actual fixes and concrete action steps and not just unobtainable suggestions and promotion of their products but couldn’t find it … so I made my own!
