SOME THINGS TO REFLECT ON

  •  When you ‘feel’ deep down that something isn’t right, it normally isn’t. This is the universe telling you that you need to make a change.
  • We typically look at the psychology of a peak performance, never the bio chemistry that supports and fuels the performance
  • We normally reset to our own bio-chemistry set point, so you need to alter your bio-chemistry to reset your set point and truly change
  • Bio-hacking is changing the internal and external environment to help achieve peak performance
  • What works for one person is not always going to work for another person, bio-hacking and the correct setup needed is different for each person 
  • People will always criticise when you start as it tends to go against conventional thinking and bias to what we believe the problems are
  • Everything we do, interact with and absorb/eat/use can affect our internal and external bio-chemistry, consider what you use and try alternatives and see if this has a change in your ability, performance and feeling
  • Magnesium supplements can really help with depression and anxiety.
  • Modern day farming methods have changed to an extent where we are affecting the soil makeup in terms of severely decreased minerals etc
  • When you read a study, you need to look at how the study was set up, who funded it, who run the study, what was the basis and bias of the study. Do not just accept it as fact, consider how the whole picture to see if it is worth trying. 
  • Getting your blood tests first are the best starting point to see your base level and work from there
  • Stop working on fixing the symptoms of the problem, work on fixing the problem. Stop taking a tablet to resolve pain from eating x, figure out which foods in your diet are x and causing the problem and remove them
  • Ben bio-hacked his way out of asthma, what could you do with bio-hacking?
  • You should not stop your medicines as they can hurt you with withdrawal symptoms. Medicines have a place. You need to find the root cause and work to resolve that, not just fixing the side effects of the problem.
