Who is Stan Efferding?
Stan Efferding is an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, World Record-Holding Powerlifter, and one of only 10 men in the world to ever total over 2,300 pounds raw in competition. Known as the “World’s Strongest Bodybuilder,” Stan has been a force in the fitness industry for over 25 years. He studied Exercise Science at the University of Oregon and has trained athletes at all levels, from high school to professional, specializing in sports performance, strength training, and nutrition.

In addition to his athletic accomplishments, Stan is a successful entrepreneur, having built three multi-million dollar companies. He’s also an influential speaker, conducting seminars across the country on sports nutrition and training techniques. Stan’s insights have been featured in publications like Muscular Development, Flex Magazine, and Power Magazine.
